At I-tal Meal Prep, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality, plant-based meals prepared with care. Because our products are perishable, special guidelines apply to returns and refunds.
❖ Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not accept physical returns of food products once they have been delivered or picked up.

If you receive the wrong order, missing items, or a damaged product, please contact us immediately at mealprepital@gmail.com or call (504) 408-9533 within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right.
❖ Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect items delivered.

Items missing from your order.

Meals that arrive damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to eat.

To process a refund request, please provide:

Order number.

Description of the issue.

Photos of the product (if applicable).

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❖ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, as meals are prepared fresh to order.
❖ Exchanges / Store Credit

In cases where a refund cannot be processed, we may issue store credit or a replacement meal for your next order.
