How does the subscription work?
Choose from three weekly meal packages: Vital (5 meals), Starter (10 meals), Balanced (15 meals), or Full (20 meals). Subscriptions renew automatically every week. Your meals will be ready for pickup the following Monday. Monday is the only pick up day and we do not offer delivery. The portal is opening to place orders March 1st, 2026 and the first pickup date will be March 9th, 2026.

Can I change my meal plan after subscribing?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or skip a week anytime from your customer account. Changes must be made at least 3–5 days before your next renewal to take effect for the upcoming pickup.
What if I miss my pickup time?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you miss your scheduled pickup. We’ll do our best to accommodate you with a replacement time or reschedule for the following week. Delivery is not currently available.
How do I heat up my meals?
Meals come in microwave-safe containers (it’s recommended not to use the microwave because it kills the nutrients within the food). Use stove top or oven for re-heating satisfaction, and heat for 1–2 minutes, or until desired warmth.
Do you accommodate dietary preferences or allergies?
Yes! Some meals can be modified to meet your needs. Please include specific allergies or preferences in your checkout notes, or contact us directly before your next order.
When and where do I pick up my meals?
Pickups are on Mondays between 10 AM – 4 PM at our kitchen location. You’ll select your preferred pickup time at checkout. Note: We currently do not offer delivery.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are prepared fresh weekly, never frozen. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 4–5 days for the best taste and nutrition.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
All meals are prepared fresh through our weekly subscription service. Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours are not eligible for a full refund. No refunds after meals are prepared and picked up. Partial refunds or store credit may be offered for verified quality issues reported within 24 hours of pickup.
